Senior Ecologist

We have an opportunity for a senior ecologist to unlock their true potential! Work on a range of exciting projects alongside a supportive, diverse team with a large range of clients including ARTC, Origin Energy, Santos, BHP, BCC, Shell & Seqwater. Use your ecology skills to undertake EIS work, long-term monitoring of projects, securing and managing offsets, fire management planning! Ausecology sets itself apart from other high end consultancies by undertaking long term ecological management, providing end to end services on projects for our clients. We get great satisfaction seeing the planning and consulting advice we provide being carried out by our inhouse team of specialists. This also provides opportunities for the right ecologist who wants to do more and see projects through to fruition!
Casual Bush Regenerators/Environmental Field Officers

We are looking for experienced Environmental Field Officers (EFO) and Bush Regenerators (multiple roles available) who have the passion, physical capability and skills to undertake weed management and ecological restoration activities. The role will be based in multiple locations throughout the greater Brisbane area. Including upcoming projects in the Boonah / Beaudesert and Lake Manchester areas. There may also be the opportunity to participate in projects further afield in South East Qld which may require several days in the field staying on site at our expense. There are opportunities for learning and developing skills such as chainsaw and ecological burn related activities. These are casual roles, however as a growing company there may be future opportunities for permanent full or part time roles.
