Dean is the Environmental Projects Manager with over 28 years’ experience. Dean has worked as the Environmental Manager on some of Australia’s largest development, lineal infrastructure, and resource projects and comes equipped with skills and experience in the establishment and implementation of environmental governance and assurance programs, environmental auditing, property and offset management planning, threatened plant translocation, and on-ground environmental supervision within major construction sites. Dean leads the environmental planning function within Ausecology and assists clients understand and manage risk and the on ground implementation of their environmental compliance obligations.

Property Offset Manager

Paul is the Ausecology Offset Property Manager and an environmental scientist who has worked with wildlife and conducted environmental management within the private and Government sectors since 1985. Paul’s approach is hands-on and his experience is broad. He has substantial experience in project management and natural resource management including fire, weed and pest management. He has worked with a broad range of clients and regularly conducts surveys and trapping with regulators, consultants and university researchers.
